Liddle & Robinson, L.L.P. is a New York City based law firm that has recovered some of the largest court and arbitration verdicts in the country on employment claims, mostly for Wall Street and financial services industry executives. Since Jeffrey L. Liddle founded the Firm in 1979, the Firm has recovered over $250 million in verdicts, awards and settlements for its clients, including winning a $29.2 million federal jury verdict on a discrimination claim against the Swiss financial firm UBS Warburg LLC, and winning a $27.5 million arbitration award against one of the country's most prominent mutual fund companies, Waddell & Reed. Besides litigating employment matters and securities fraud cases for individual investors, the Firm's lawyers negotiate employment and separation agreements, advise clients on all aspects of employment law (including non-compete and non-solicitation agreements) and represent clients in regulatory proceedings brought by securities regulators.
