CHRISTINE A. PALMIERI represents clients in all aspects of the employment relationship, both within and outside the financial services industry. In addition to counseling clients on their employment contracts and severance agreements, Ms. Palmieri negotiates and litigates compensation and related disputes, as well as claims of breach of contract, wrongful termination, defamation, discrimination and retaliation. Ms. Palmieri has appeared before arbitration panels at the NASD, NYSE and AAA. Most recently, she successfully recovered unpaid bonus compensation, as well as attorneys’ fees, for a client in an NYSE arbitration. Additionally, Ms. Palmieri has litigated cases in both state and federal trial and appellate courts. Ms. Palmieri was part of the trial team that recently recovered what is believed to be the largest jury verdict for an individual plaintiff in an employment discrimination case.

Ms. Palmieri received a B.A. with Distinction from Cornell University and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
