JAMES W. HALTER joined Liddle & Robinson as an associate in 2008. Mr. Halter graduated from New York University School of Law in 2001 where he was elected to serve as a Research & Writing Editor of the Moot Court Board's Competitions Division. He earned his undergraduate degree in mathematics, magna cum laude, from Hamilton College in 1998 and was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. Prior to joining Liddle & Robinson, Mr. Halter was an Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County, New York where he investigated and prosecuted a wide range of misdemeanors and felonies. He then joined the New York office of Clifford Chance US LLP where he specialized in complex commercial litigation and white-collar criminal litigation. Mr. Halter is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
